and displays its HubSpot label. Custom objects are optional.
Properties
Records have typedid, created_at, updated_at, modified_at, archived,
and archived_at columns. Standard and custom properties are discovered
automatically and preserved in a properties JSON column, using their HubSpot
internal names. Newly added properties are included on the next run; records
already synced need an update or a full refresh to pick up those values.
Sensitive properties and property history are not included. Owners keep their
details and team memberships in properties and have no modified_at column.
Incremental
All CRM object resources support full and incremental reads. Owners are full-only. Use incremental upsert to reconcile repeated records. The first incremental run reads all active records. Later runs search bymodified_at, using a fixed upper timestamp and a lookback to account for
HubSpot’s indexing delay. The default lookback is five minutes. Reads advance
by object ID within the interval to avoid Search’s 10,000-result paging limit.
A resource’s watermark advances only when its read completes and the destination
commits. Interrupted or limited reads replay from the previous watermark.
Interrupted initial reads restart from the beginning. Empty intervals retain
their watermark.
Limitations
This version covers CRM object records. Associations, archived-record feeds, marketing, and CMS resources are not included. Incremental reads do not propagate deletions, and indexing delays longer than the lookback can require a full refresh. Requests use HubSpot’s2026-09 APIs and are paced at five per second per source
instance. Rate limits and server errors are retried; concurrent pipelines sharing
an account can still be throttled.
