Sinks Overview

Filament ships five sink connectors today:

Sink	Package	Notes
PostgreSQL	`connectors/postgres/sink`
MySQL	`connectors/mysql/sink`
Iceberg	`connectors/iceberg`	Table-format sink with catalog support (generic, REST, Polaris)
AWS S3	`connectors/object`	S3-compatible endpoints (MinIO, etc.) via a custom `endpoint`
Stdout	`connectors/stdout`	Prints records — useful for local development and debugging

Every sink implements the base Sink contract; some add optional capabilities like staged/transactional writes, upserts, or typed DDL. See Optional interfaces for the full list.
